SKA DANCE PRIVACY POLICY- GDPR

The Privacy of your personal information is very important to SKA Dance Ltd. We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for everyone who comes into contact with us. In compliance with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 2018 we kindly ask for your consent to obtain personal data. If you provide SKA Dance Ltd with personal data we are legally obliged to use your information in line with current legislation concerning protection of personal data and General data protection regulations.

SKA Dance Ltd is a registered company, we collect contact information which is needed to manage studio business and will not be used or sold for other purposes. SKA Dance Ltd will access your personal information for the following purposes: (i) as needed for business, news letters, workshops, timetables, invoices, payments, class confirmations, urgent notices, to notify you of any other relevant information that directly affects you as a customer to SKA Dance Ltd (ii) if required to do so by law or comply with legal process (iii) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of public.

You can update or remove your personal data at anytime by contacting SKA Dance ltd through our website or by email skastudios@outlook.com. Once you choose not to have your personal data on our system it will be wiped and not used again unless you re-enter your details through SKA Dance ltd. 

At SKA Dance Ltd we would love to take photographs and videos during class which would be used for promotional and marketing purposes on our website, social media and flyers. These images may be used at any time from date of capture. When filling out your registration you will have answered yes or no. 

*please note if you decide not to have your child's photograph/ video taken they would unfortunately miss out on some class performances. Also we ask that you inform your child of this choice and ask that they speak out if they feel someone is using photography/ video equipment around them. Children under the age of 18 yrs must have parents submit this 

information on their behalf. If your child is aged 13-17yrs they must mutually agree with the photography/videography consent.
